1. Research on Cognitive Assessment Methods: Conducting studies and investigations on existing cognitive assessment methods and tools to estimate cognitive capabilities in managerial decision-making. This project is demand-driven by the Productivity Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi.
2. Guiding Elite Conscripts in Research Projects: Supervising elite military conscripts to conduct research projects that can be implemented and presented to various organizations.
3. Development and Implementation of a Comprehensive Evaluation Model: Creating a model for assessing cognitive, personality, and managerial knowledge for evaluating all levels of organizational and corporate managers, aimed at expanding the ongoing evaluation processes at Astan Quds Razavi organizations.
4. Defense-Related Cognitive Research: Conducting demand-driven research studies on defense-related cognitive interventions in combat settings, managed by a team of three members and sponsored by the Ministry of Defense, involving elite military personnel and thesis projects.
5. Knowledge Management System Project: Implementing a research project on systematizing knowledge management (recording, retaining, and sharing experiences) at Razavi Food Industries Company.
6. Design and Development of Automated PCBA Testing Device: Executing a research project to design and construct a fully automated PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) testing device.
