Consular Procedures for Graduation and Final Exit
- Obtain the graduation letter from the university’s Education Department
- Register the individual’s graduation information in the required systems for review by the Provincial Consulate
- Submit the individual’s final exit file, along with the original passport, to the Provincial Immigration Police after review, approval, and signature by the Provincial Consulate
- Collect the documents from the police and hand them over to the student for leaving the country (subject to the student completing final exit procedures within 10 to 15 days)
- Issue and approve the clearance letter by the University Consular Office, confirming no objection to the release of the student’s documents to the university’s Education Department.
Note: Students who withdraw or are dismissed are also subject to the same administrative process and required documents.
Required Documents:
- Registration in the SAORG system and receipt of approval from this system
- Issuance of the graduation, dismissal, or withdrawal letter by the university’s Education Department
- Submission of the Education Department letter to the University Consular Office
- Original passport
- Scanned photo of the applicant
- Valid student residency permit
- Payment of FARAJA(Public Security Police) fee
- Completion of the final exit form related to the Immigration Police.
