Consular Notice

In accordance with the directive from the Ministry of Science regarding the necessity of obtaining a student visa for all non-Iranian applicants wishing to pursue their studies, it is essential that all newly admitted non-Iranian students, as well as those who did not take action in the previous semester, submit the required documents and apply for a student visa through the university’s consular office between July 22, 2024, and August 21, 2024. Please note that only students who have obtained a student visa and completed the necessary residency procedures will be eligible to register for and attend classes.

Important:

The responsibility for not obtaining a student visa within the specified time-frame lies solely with the student.

Attention:

1. Newly admitted students must have the acceptance certificate for Fall 2024.

2. Current students must provide a certificate of enrollment.

3. All non-Iranian residents with a valid passport from their home country must also apply for a student visa and complete the necessary consular procedures.

Required Documents for Student Visa Application:

  • Completed visa application form
  • Scanned 4×3 photo
  • Scanned first page of the passport
  • Postal code
  • SAOURG code confirmation
  • Contact number in the home country and in Iran
  • If the passport has been extended, the scanned page of the extension
