Issuance of Student Visa
- Assignment of a code and obtaining the “No Objection Code” (Saurg) from the Student Affairs Organization for the applicant.
- Registration in the Saurg Visa System.
- Provincial consular approval.
- Approval from the Student Affairs Organization.
- Approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- The applicant must travel to the relevant city and country to receive the visa and enter the country.
- Upon entry, visit the university’s consular office for required consular procedures.
Note:
– Maximum deadline for obtaining a visa from the embassy or consulate: 2 months.
– Maximum validity of the visa after entry into the country to apply for a student residence permit: 1 month.
3. Required Documents:
- Admission certificate.
- Follow-up on obtaining the No Objection Code (Saurg) after receiving the admission certificate.
- Proof of enrollment.
- Accurately completed student visa application form.
- 4×3 photograph.
- Scan of the first page of the passport.
- For Afghan nationals: If a passport validity sticker is present, a scan of this page is also required.
- Saurg form completed by the university’s consular officer.
- Payment receipt for the immigration police fee.
