Al-Mustafa Syria President Visits IRIU
The President of Al-Mustafa International University, Syria, stated at Imam Reza International University:
Syrian universities and the Damascus branch of Al-Mustafa International University are ready to utilize the educational and research capacities of Imam Reza International University.
A meeting between the International Affairs Director of the university and the President of Al-Mustafa International University in Syria was held in the International Affairs office, where discussions on bilateral cooperation took place.
Dr. Alavi Mehr stated that, considering Syria is on the path of reconstruction and development, the conditions for the presence of Iranian universities, especially mission-oriented universities, to strengthen the scientific and research foundations of Syrian universities have been established. Al-Mustafa International University, Syria, with its connections to the Syrian academic community, can facilitate the relationship between Iranian universities and the Syrian academic community.
Dr. Davoodi, the International Affairs Director of the university, elaborated on the university’s scientific capacities in the international domain and expressed readiness to hold educational and cultural workshops for empowering Syrian faculty members and conducting research projects. It was agreed that a draft for bilateral cooperation would be prepared for implementation.
