An international Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Imam Reza International University (AS) and the University of Hilla in Iraq, during the official visit of the Director of International Affairs of Imam Reza International University to the country. The visit aimed to follow up on and implement joint academic initiatives with Iraqi universities. During the trip, Dr. Davoudi visited various faculties and academic units of the University of Hilla and held meetings with Dr. Aqeel Al-Saadi, President of the University, and Dr. Emad Al-Shalaka, Vice President for Academic Affairs. He stated that Imam Reza International University has carried out joint academic programs with six Iraqi universities over the past year, reflecting the university’s strong commitment to expanding international cooperation, particularly in Iraq, and to effectively implementing inter-university agreements. In return, the President of the University of Hilla welcomed the delegation and introduced the university’s academic capacities. He expressed the University of Hilla’s readiness to cooperate in areas such as the development of Persian language education, faculty and student exchange programs, the organization of joint international seasonal schools, and the implementation of joint educational initiatives, including Dual Degree programs, through collaboration with Imam Reza International University.
