MoU Signed with Southern Technical University

Signing of a Joint International Academic MoU between Imam Reza International University and Southern Technical University of Iraq

Dr. Ebrahim Daneshifar, Acting President of Imam Reza International University, visited Southern Technical University in Basra and expressed the university’s readiness to initiate collaborative educational and research projects. He noted that the technical departments of Imam Reza University are well-prepared to engage in meaningful academic cooperation with Southern Technical University. The technical capacities and well-equipped laboratories of this specialized university—located in the industrial and commercial city of Basra—provide a strong foundation for implementing joint industrial projects. The university’s Innovation Center and faculty members from the engineering and technical departments are fully prepared to collaborate in these areas.

In return, Dr. Waleed Al-Husseibi warmly welcomed the visiting delegation and introduced Southern Technical University of Basra. He expressed the university’s full readiness to implement the provisions of the memorandum of understanding.
